The pre-war co-op apartment in the heart of midtown was purchased at a discount to market. Discovered owner's share of the cash on the co-op corporation's balance sheet would equal 30% of the value of the apartment. As a result the building subsidizes monthly maintenance and is implementing ongoing improvements to the common areas.

Consulted on the renovation and design of unit. The apartment design was inspired by NY Beaux-Arts with modern touches. The layout allows for hosting and entertaining large groups. With three bathrooms, it also will allow for the owners to easily add a third bedroom in the future.
