Acted as a full service leasing consultant for commercial real estate company 60 Guilders at their newly purchased student housing building 1760 Third Avenue.

Services included:

  • Exceeded revenue targets while remaining under budget managing leasing strategy for summer rentals.

  • Developed market research, analysis, and pricing model for direct to student summer rentals and bulk rentals to institutional clients.  

  • Creative direction over development of brand guidelines, graphic identity, marketing materials, and website design/layout. Led staging and photography for model units. 

  • Forged new brand partnerships and institutional relationships. 

  • Created and oversaw application process and implementation of standard operating procedures for prospective renters.

  • Oversaw marketing strategy and implementation. 

  • Directed associated legal deliverables including drafting of institutional contracts, individual occupancy agreements, and building code of conduct with outside counsel.
